How do I reserve my rental?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and breakdown so you can enjoy your event stress-free.

Are your rentals clean and safe?

Absolutely. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized before every rental, and safety is our top priority.

What happens if it rains?

If weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule your event based on availability.

Do inflatables require supervision?

Yes. A responsible adult (18+) must supervise all equipment at all times.

What is Accidental Damage Protection?

This covers minor accidental damage during normal use so you can enjoy your event worry-free. It does not cover misuse, prohibited items, or theft.
